Rick has 25+ years of mortgage banking experience.  We’ve worked together for 16+ years and share a “servant’s” mindset of putting our client’s needs first.  Rick has never missed a closing date, which is rare in today’s world.

Rick is extremely knowledgeable on FHA, VA, Conventional, USDA, Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) mortgage programs and more.  He stays up to date on the markets every day and knows how to find great deals that match my client’s needs.

Rick does a preliminary phone consultation with my clients and then puts together a mortgage plan with several options to review with my clients in person or over the phone using computer screen sharing technology.

Rick has in-house underwriter, who reviews the file and stays on top of the process…unlike other companies, who use out-of-state underwriters that frequently can cause closing delays and stress.

If a client isn’t qualified yet for a mortgage, Rick provides a mortgage roadmap to show what steps are needed to become an approved home buyer.  When Rick provides me with a pre-approval letter for my client, I know it’s solid…that’s peace of mind for me, my client and the seller.
